Elderberry family with intense purple-black foliage is finely cut. Extremely durable with creamy-pink flowers that bloom in spring contrast nicely with the dark leaves. In the fall, the blooms are followed by stunning blackish-red berries. Will grow to 8 feet tall, but it can also be pruned back to fit landscape settings.
